Services, inclusions, materials, designs, quantities, and pricing may vary depending on the package selected and the customer's requirements.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  1. The required booking/payment has been received; and
  2. The booking has been acknowledged or confirmed by The Party Edit.

Submitting an enquiry or adding a service to a website form does not automatically guarantee service availability.

Availability is subject to the selected date, time, location, team capacity, and other operational considerations.

3. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Event date
  • Event time
  • Complete venue/location details
  • Floor number and access information
  • Decoration requirements
  • Any relevant venue restrictions

The Party Edit will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may vary depending on location, decoration requirements, event date, customization, venue conditions, materials, transportation, installation requirements, and other factors.

Any additional charges communicated and accepted by the customer will form part of the booking.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, transportation charges, venue charges, or additional service charges may be charged separately where applicable.

5. Decoration Designs

Reference images shown on our website or social media are for representation purposes.

Actual decoration may vary slightly due to:

  • Availability of materials
  • Balloon shades
  • Flower varieties
  • Lighting conditions
  • Venue dimensions
  • Product availability
  • Structural or safety requirements
  • Seasonal availability

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the overall look and theme of the selected decoration.

6. Customized Requirements

Customized decorations may require additional charges depending on the requested design, materials, size, personalization, manpower, or installation requirements.

Customized items may also be subject to separate cancellation or refund conditions where materials have already been purchased or prepared.

7. Venue Access

Customers must ensure that The Party Edit's team has reasonable and timely access to the venue for setup and dismantling.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission from:

  • Hotels
  • Restaurants
  • Apartments/societies
  • Offices
  • Banquet halls
  • Event venues
  • Property owners
  • Other authorities

Any delay caused by venue restrictions or lack of permission may affect setup time.

8. Service Timing

Customers should provide the correct event and setup time.

Our team may arrive before the event time to complete setup.

The exact arrival time may vary depending on the venue, traffic, previous bookings, setup complexity, and other operational circumstances.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before making a booking.

10. Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling conditions.

A rescheduling request does not automatically guarantee availability on the requested alternative date.

Additional charges may apply where materials, manpower, transportation, or customized products have already been arranged.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the venue is suitable and reasonably safe for decoration installation.

Customers should inform us in advance about:

  • Restricted areas
  • Fragile property
  • Electrical restrictions
  • Venue rules
  • Ceiling/wall limitations
  • Pets
  • Security restrictions
  • Parking restrictions
  • Any other relevant conditions

12. Damage to Property

The customer remains responsible for damage caused by guests, children, pets, venue staff, or third parties to decoration materials, props, furniture, or rented items.

Where applicable, charges may be recovered for lost, damaged, or broken rental items.

13. Photography and Videos

With appropriate customer permission where required, The Party Edit may photograph or record completed decorations for portfolio, marketing, website, or social media purposes.

Customers may contact us regarding use of identifiable photographs or videos.

14. Force Majeure

The Party Edit shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, government restrictions, strikes, riots, transportation disruptions, venue closure, power failure, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Where reasonably possible, we may offer rescheduling or an alternative solution.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Party Edit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and updated. However, errors, typographical mistakes, availability changes, or pricing changes may occasionally occur.
